Inside has a gold finish and is stamped Birks Sterling. Birks is an old and famous jewelry in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Army emblem has the shape of a boat anchor with an arm holding a crown on center. Abbreviations M.A.G are engraved on top. Very well designed. Measures 3 3/4 X 3 1/4".
