All original, includes installation hardware. Has a 15.75 inches diameter. Marked "Made in West Germany 010". Cream color wheel, horn is chrome with a Courtaulds decal inside. May have been used on a delivery vehicule in the 1950's by reknowned Courtaulds textile company, still based in the United-Kingdom. Great wheel for a rat rod.
