Stunning design, all parts swivel easily, no broken parts. Arm measures 20 1/2" long and 11 3/4 closed. Beautiful natural patina. Was used to hold a gas or oil lamp during the Victorian era. It appears to be from England based on the flowers' design. Very solid construction. To be reused as cool wall light sconces or for steampunk projects.
