New, fully functional, very clean, original tags. Powerful steel electronic torque wrench model J6346 by Proto. It has a 25 to 250 Ft.-Lb. range, a 1/2 inches drive size and is 22 in long. It rotates CW/CCW, has a high contrast rotary dial display and visual/audible indicators. Works with a standard 9V battery (included). From a closed down plant. Tool was inventoried, identified but never used except for testing.
