    Dated November 12th, 1900, last day of the Paris Exposition (Exposition Universelle). Book is complete, 513 pages in French, all original, excellent condition. Leather binding and corners are sturdy and intact. Contains hundreds of engravings and lithographies of artwork and exhibition floor plans. The exhibition was prolonged a few days to allow authors and artists to document artworks in this book. Second edition, published by the "Librairie de l'Art Ancien et Moderne", Paris, under the direction of M. Jules Comte. Book measures 9 X 12 inches. Book acquired from the closing library of a renowned college in Quebec, Canada. Contains hundreds of engravings and lithographies by artists Boilvin, Bracquemond, Burney, Chiquet, Dézarrois, Dillon, Fantin-Latour, Fauchon, G. Fuchs, Jacquet, Lavalley, Le Couteux, Le Nain, Lunois, Sulpis and Vierge. Texts by Babelon Bénédite, Beraldi, Calmettes, Dmaison Fourcaud, Garnier, Guadet, Hallays, Havard, Lefestre and Migeon. The first page shows hand signature V. A. Lemoine.
