Authentic 1880's rural church Tabernacle from Quebec. 33 inches tall, hand carved from a pine tree trunk, shaped like a wine urn. Door has a unique carved lamb with 7 blood drops and a golden crown. Original hand forged key and working lock, door doesn't close completely due to age. Tabernacle is built with hand forged nails, has its original gold paint with carved wine grapes and leaf ornaments. Inside has its original turquoise paint. Weighs 61 pounds and measures 27 3/4 X 15 X 33 1/4 inches.
