Complete with its original wall frame also dated July 10th 1906. 8 new screws provided for easy installation. Vent face measures 12 1/4 X 10 inches and 13 X 11 1/2 inches including frame. Frame is 1 to 1 3/4 inches deep (diagonal). Great additional to your Victorian style apartment or loft.
