Original new edition from 1820, acquired from the now closed Fraser Institute / Molson Brewery library in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Book originally donated to the library and signed by H.J. Tiffin ESQ, with the Fraser Library stamp. Book is complete, has its original leather covers, binding was reinforced. All 251 pages are in excellent condition and hold well. Book measures 4.5 X 6.5 inches.

- The History of Rasselas, Prince of Abissinia, written by Samuel Johnson
- Almoran and Hamet, an Oriental Tale, written by Dr. Dr. Hawkesworth
Includes an essay and preface by Anna Laetitia Barbauld, famous English woman author and literary critic who lived 1743-1825. This is the XXVI volume of Barbauld's anthology of British novelists. Book is complete on is own, printed for F.C. and J. Rivington in London.
