Original, all parts swivel easily, no broken parts. Beautiful natural patina. Arm measures 9 3/4". Was used to hold a gas or oil lamp during the Victorian era. It appears to be from England based on the leaves' design. Very solid construction. To be reused as cool wall light sconces or for steampunk projects.
