This is a rare 1950's battery operated circus toy car. Made by Exelo, Japan. Cool Space Patrol and Circus theme graphics. For restoration and display, not functional. Missing its clown driver, siren, antenna and two hubcaps. One of the tires and the steering wheel are not original. Front and back mechanism are still there however the on/off switch is missing. Paint is still in very good shape.
